• If you're not happy, just tell me. Email or text within 30 days of starting.

• Clean handoff of your books — I export everything in QuickBooks/Xero standard formats so you or your next bookkeeper can pick up without losing a thing.

What's not covered

• One-time setup fees (LLC formation, S-Corp election) — work delivered cannot be un-done
• Catch-up bookkeeping work — months of historical work already completed
• Tax preparation fees — once a return is filed, the work is done
